★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não é ruim, porém é extremamente lento. Parece que ninguém lá tem uma função apenas, toda hora tem que fazer alguma coisa e isso gera o atraso no atendimento. Já o serviço de entrega sempre foi muito bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal estive na Gollog no mês de maio 2019 e fui muito bem atendido, conversei bastante com atendente e fui informado que trocou a gestão. Desde esse dia tenho ido sempre por lá receber e despachar encomenda, realmente o atendimento mudou, tudo muito rápido e você vê no rosto dos funcionários a satisfação em atender. Experimentem novamente e verão a mudança.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Funcionário da parte de entrega em domicílio despreparado tecnicamente e no que tange ao relacionamento com o cliente. Tive uma encomenda postada no dia 08/03/19 que era para ter chegado na terça (12/15), mas até agora (14/03) nem sinal. Liguei lá e soube que a entrega tinha ido para outro bairro, segundo ele o bairro em questão não era onde deveria ser entregue (rsrs), pois ficava em outra região. Perguntei a ele se havia colocado o nome do bairro e o endereço da rua mas logo me disse que faz a rota pelo bairro?♂️. Como fazem em uma cidade que têm dois bairros com nomes iguais? Qual o sentido de ter rua e número? O entregador vai ao bairro e fica rodando até achar a rua? Muito amadorismo, o cara ficou incomodado com meus questionamentos e quis me convencer que deveria ter colocado mais informações (aí foi o fim). Por fim, ele desligou o telefone na "minha cara"? Fui atendido pelo Aquino e ele passou para esse cara que não quis se identificar. Alô Gol abre o ????. Estou com as ligações gravadas, em breve envio ao canal de atendimento.
