★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo de atendimento, fiz uma reserva pra pegar o carro dia 19/05, sai de Vinhais até o Aeroporto, gastei 30,00 Uber, chegando lá, além de esperar mais de meia hora, a atendente pediu meu cartão e CNH, quando apresentei meu cartão de crédito do Nubank ela disse que a Unidas não aceitava o cartão. Tive que voltar, peguei Uber de novo, mais 30,00. Enfim, não almocei, perdi meu horário de almoço, perdi tempo, dinheiro e não peguei o carro. Absurdo, total descaso . Não recomendo a Unidas bem pro meu pior inimigo .. Chegando na minha empresa liguei pro gerente geral da unidas aqui no Maranhão, Alex que me disse que a informacao passada pela atendente e improcedente..
Resumindo, presta um péssimo atendimento, reservei na Movida e resolveu meu problema ..
Unidas Lamentável !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência em aluguel de carro que eu já tive, não tinha o carro reservado, ficaram tentando empurrar um carro de outra categoria, no fim arrumaram um carro ruim, a bateria do carro descarregou completamente quando chegamos ao destino, eles queria que eu voltasse 220Km pra trocar o carro na véspera do Ano Novo, troquei a bateria do meu bolso, ao devolve o carro ainda estão dificultando o reembolso da bateria. Não recomendo, nunca tive esses problemas com a Localiza
