Foi adquirido um tênis de marca Nike Air Max 90 branco na loja Kings Sneakers do shopping Iguatemi Alphaville em Barueri, no dia 17/12/2021, no valor de R$ 729,00, porém o tênis um par totalmente branco e outro totalmente amarelado desbotado parece um tênis velho, tentei diversas vezes contato para uma solução e até o momento não fizeram nada e até hoje 15/02/2022, não obtive mais nenhum retorno, solicito a devolução do dinheiro o mais rápido possível, já gerou um estresse mto grande, é inadmissível aceitar que um vendedor da loja venda um par de tênis um diferente do outro e não resolvam o caso!

A white Nike Air Max 90 sneaker was purchased at the Kings Sneakers store at the Iguatemi Alphaville mall in Barueri, on 12/17/2021, for R$ 729.00, but the sneakers were a totally white pair and a totally yellow pair. faded looks like an old sneaker, I have tried several times to contact you for a solution and so far they have not done anything and until today 02/15/2022, I have not received any further return, I request a refund as soon as possible, it has already generated a lot of stress big, it's unacceptable to accept that a store salesperson sells a pair of sneakers one different from the other and they don't solve the case!
