A princípio realizei a compra da frasqueira modelo Topázio,na cor castor, sem me dar conta do tamanho que ela tinha .Achei linda e pela foto gostei do tamanho .Comprei.
Mas em seguida ,observando o tamanho da sacola ,achei que atenderia melhor as minhas necessidades .No dia seguinte entrei em contato com a vendedora Milena, que com a sua simpatia e atenção, atendeu-me prontamente,alterando o meu pedido!!
Achei que demoraria chegar ,mas qual não foi a minha surpresa ,minha encomenda chegou em 3 dias !!
Superou minhas expectativas!!
A sacola é linda ,chique e elegante !!!

At first I purchased the Topázio model jar, in castor color, without realizing the size it was. I thought it was beautiful and I liked the size. I bought it.
But then, observing the size of the bag, I thought it would better meet my needs. The next day I contacted the saleswoman Milena, who with her friendliness and attention, answered me promptly, changing my order !!
I thought it would take a while to arrive, but what was my surprise, my order arrived in 3 days !!

My purchase was canceled and it wasn't even Lansay's fault, but I was positively surprised with a call from the company concerned to understand and resolve what happened. Resolved in less than 1 hour.
What a different treatment.
