★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é minúscula, mas mesmo assim para o que vendem, é rápido de escolher e sair. Porém o que mais me deixou incomodada, foi o atendimento das atendentes. Já comprei nessa Anacapri diversas vezes, e não tive uma vez que fui bem atendida. Elas sempre estão com cara fechada, respondem de forma seca, fria e praticamente grosseira. Nenhuma atende com cordialidade e simpatia. Podem não estar num dia bom, mas todos os dias não estão num dia bom? Anacapri, TREINEM as vendedoras para que elas entendam o que é um atendimento ao cliente, pq de fato essa loja pra mim tem o pior atendimento de todas as lojas que já fui na vida. É decepcionante entrar num local e te responderem sem um pingo de vontade, sem fazerem a menor questão de que você compre.
The store is tiny, but even so for what they sell, it's quick to pick up and leave. But what bothered me the most was the customer service. I've bought from this Anacapri several times, and I haven't had a good service once. They are always frowning, respond in a dry, cold and practically rude way. None responds with cordiality and sympathy. It may not be a good day, but isn't every day a good day? Anacapri, TRAIN the salespeople so that they understand what customer service is, because in fact this store for me has the worst service of any store I've ever been to in my life. It's disappointing to walk into a place and they answer you without an ounce of will, without asking you to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went to the Anacapri store in a shopping mall. The ladies shoes are very nice, comfortable and come in different styles. The sales staff was nice, patient and very friendly. Especially since we are currently visiting São Paulo Brasil, and my wife doesn't speak Portuguese.
