★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love natural products, but in this shop I’ve spent 600 BRL, and when I arrived to my place, 5 of the products were the sample, so they sold me as new the samples… some of them even had the “proba” stick. Very disappointing since they are not cheap product.
Of course I will come back to put a claim against the sale attendant, and the next purchase will be in another natura shop.
My recommendation to other people… go to natura shop in the mall beside.
