No horário agendado, 10h, eu estava no estabelecimento, mas , infelizmente, não havia ainda nenhuma manicure, inclusive a que eu havia agendado o serviço. Fui pontual, meu horário estava apertado. Aguardei um pouco, mas tive que ir embora, porque tinha outros compromissos encadeados na sequência. Se atrasasse a unha, perderia os outros. Qual não foi minha surpresa ao ver que a Esmaltale, mesmo após ter me pedido desculpas por mensagem sobre a ausência da manicure, colocou no aplicativo que eu não havia aparecido no horário agendado. Acho que não deveriam agendar o primeiro horário de atendimento às 10h, se nenhuma manicure tem condição de chegar no horário . Pontualidade é um valor para muitas pessoas que trabalham. Não recomendo.
I booked through the Trinks app today. The day before, I received confirmation of the appointment and confirmed it. At the scheduled time, 10 am, I was at the establishment, but unfortunately, there was still no manicure, including the one I had scheduled the service for. I was punctual, my schedule was tight. I waited a while, but I had to leave, because I had other commitments chained in sequence. If I delayed the nail, I would lose the others. What was my surprise to see that Esmaltale, even after having apologized to me by message about the absence of the manicure, put in the app that I had not shown up at the scheduled time. I don't think they should schedule the first appointment at 10am, if no manicurist is able to arrive on time. Punctuality is a value for many working people. I do not recommend.

A julgar pelos valores bem acima do padrão praticados, deveria se oforecer o mínimo de conforto no momento do atendimento. Recomendo pelas profissionais, mas nem um pouco pelo ambiente e custo benefício.

Judging by the values well above the standard practiced, a minimum of comfort should be provided at the time of care. I recommend it for the professionals, but not a little for the environment and value for money.
