Percebo também que falta proatividade do pessoal que assessora os vendedores. Se tiver outra opção, Não voltaria a fazer negócios com a empresa por intermédio desta loja.

Quando o problema aparece, trata o cliente com frieza, após o mesmo não aceitar a desculpa que tudo se resolve ligando ou acessando o site da operadora.
