O preço ser "acessível", não justifica tamanha falta de responsabilidade com o paciente (e o preço não é acessível no fim das contas, afinal tudo hoje em dia tem um custo alto). Você demora HORAS pra ser atendido, dizem que é ordem de chegada, mas não é, pois só faz sentido na cabeça deles. Falam que começa a atender as 8:00, chegamos 7:40, ao fazer a ficha disseram que éramos a 5 pessoa, entre prioridades e outros motivos que eles colocam pessoas na sua frente, você facilmente sai de lá as 20:00 da noite. Se você questiona, colocam a culpa nos médicos, e dizem que não pode fazer nada. Pra que existe uma ordem de chegada então, se quem chega meio dia é atendido na frente de quem chegou as 8:00? Enfim, aconteceu isso na primeira vez, numa consulta, resolvi dar mais uma chance pois achei que fosse aquele dia específico, então marquei um exame lá e FOI A MESMA COISA!!! Demora, despreparo e descaso. Não recomendo e não volto. Se tivesse nota zero, daria.

You take HOURS to be served, they say it's a first-come, first-served basis, but it's not, because it only makes sense in their heads. If you question, they blame the doctors, and say you can't do anything. Why is there an order of arrival, then, if those who arrive at noon are served in front of those who arrived at 8:00? Anyway, this happened the first time, in a consultation, I decided to give it another chance because I thought it was that specific day, so I scheduled an exam there and IT WAS THE SAME THING!!! Delay, unpreparedness and neglect. I don't recommend and won't be back. If I had a zero, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos excelentes, porém pior clinica que já fui. Tentei marcar um retorno e não consegui pois a clínica acha que devo pagar uma nova consulta alegando que meu prazo venceu, uma vez que a orientação da médica foi tomar o remédio em um prazo específico ou seja, obvio que o prazo de 15 dias ia ter vencido, mas eles acham que a opinião da clinica é mais valida que a da Médica.
Agora vou procurar outra clínica que a médica atenda pra eu dar continuidade ao atendimento, pois nessa ai eu não volto mais nunca.
Excellent doctors, but the worst clinic I have ever been to. I tried to schedule a return and I couldn't because the clinic thinks I should pay for a new appointment claiming that my deadline has expired, since the doctor's orientation was to take the medicine within a specific period, that is, obviously the period of 15 days would have expired, but they think that the clinic's opinion is more valid than the Doctor's.
Now I'm going to look for another clinic that the doctor sees so I can continue the care, because I'll never come back to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida desde a recepção até à médica Dra. Ana Paula (ginecologista) que me acolheu em um momento que eu precisava. Atualmente não temos mais visto profissional humanizados ( infelizmente tem acontecido na saúde com frequência ), mas, a Dra Paula mostrou-me que seu juramento foi verdadeiro é que o dinheiro não desviou-a do seu propósito maior que é salvar vidas.
Obrigada pelo apoio Dra Paula nunca irei esquecer !
I was very well attended from the reception to the doctor Dr. Ana Paula (gynecologist) who welcomed me at a time when I needed it. Currently we have not seen more humanized professionals (unfortunately it has happened in health often), but Dr Paula showed me that her oath was true is that money did not divert her from her greater purpose which is to save lives.
Thank you for the support Dr Paula I will never forget!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada, a gente paga uma consulta pra sentir segurança e acaba sendo pior que um atendimento pelo SUS, fui fazer uma lavagem de ouvido,meu ouvido estava inflamado sentir muita dor e a médica foi extremamente grossa, parece que estava com raiva que fez a lavagem e ainda causou perfuração no tímpano, sentir na mesma hora que enfiou a seringa bem lá dentro, a água da seringa na garganta, mas achei que era normal, agora consultei um outro otorrino e ele falou que a lavagem foi mal feita e causou perfuração na membrana timpânica. Enfim estou completamente arrependida e decepcionada.
Disappointed, we pay for an appointment to feel safe and it ends up being worse than a care by the SUS, I went for an ear wash, my ear was inflamed, I felt a lot of pain and the doctor was extremely rude, it seems she was angry that she did the washing and it still caused a perforation in the eardrum, feeling at the same time that he stuck the syringe well inside, the water from the syringe in the throat, but I thought it was normal, now I consulted another ENT and he said that the washing was wrong and caused perforation in the tympanic membrane. Anyway, I'm completely sorry and disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se importam com distanciamento social (principalmente em relação ao surto de gripe e a pandemia) o lugar estava super lotado e às 9:00h da manhã, o médico cardiologista ainda não tinha chegado. Uma falta de respeito com os pacientes e falta de cumprimento dos protocolos de segurança da COVID-19.
They don't care about social distancing (especially regarding the flu outbreak and the pandemic) the place was super crowded and at 9:00 am the cardiologist still hadn't arrived. A lack of respect for patients and a lack of compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para um retorno com a ginecologista e mentiam o tempo todo falando que tinham oito pessoas na minha frente e acabou que fiquei por último,cheguei às 15:00 horas lá e sair quase as 20:00.Depois falaram que tinha quatro e nisso das oito pessoas foi mais de uma hora depois e ainda faltavam sete.
Achei uma falta de respeito porque chegaram muitas pessoas depois de mim e foram atendidas bem antes!
I went for a return visit with the gynecologist and they lied all the time saying that there were eight people in front of me and I ended up staying last, I arrived there at 3:00 pm and left almost at 8:00 pm. eight people went over an hour later and there were still seven to go.
I found it disrespectful because many people arrived after me and were attended to much earlier!

Maleducação e falta de respeito total; pessoal despreparado e ignorante; atendimento ruim e demorando de mais; os medicos não se importam com os pacientes e chegam atrasados horas depois; mesmo sendo caro, depois de ter pagado, não quizeram fazer a minha biopsia, falando que era por causa que a minha pressão estava alta; não quizeram fazer o procedimento ali, mesmo pagando, porque a clinica não tenha estruturas adequadas; e nem quizeram retirar os pontos, mesmo pagando na hora uma nova consulta, dizendo que era por causa que o procedimento foi feito em outra clinica; lugar pequeno e forro baixo; ar condicionados fortes e doendo nas costas; reclamações, discussões e briga toda hora; e tem mais... NÃO RECOMENDO!!!
HORRIBLE!!! Miseducation and total lack of respect; unprepared and ignorant personnel; bad service and taking too long; doctors don't care about patients and arrive late hours later; even though it was expensive, after paying, they didn't want to do my biopsy, saying that it was because my blood pressure was high; they did not want to do the procedure there, even paying, because the clinic does not have adequate structures; and they didn't even want to remove the stitches, even paying for a new appointment at the time, saying that it was because the procedure was done in another clinic; small place and low lining; strong air conditioners and aching in the back; complaints, arguments and fights all the time; and there's more... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acometeu comigo também cheguei 13:00 elas me disse que eu era a quinta pessoa , a Dr. chegou 15:30 e me falaram que ela começa a atender às 14:00 ,chamou a primeira , segunda , terceira , quarta . Fui lá e perguntei quantas tinha na minha frente a menina disse 4 pessoas pois estão intercalando , eu falei não mesmo só tão chamando prioridade e outra tão chamando pessoas que nem é prioridade e chegou dps de mim se demorar dms eu vou querer meu dinheiro de voltar , resumindo deu 17:10 nada quando eu levei pra pega meu dinheiro aí foi que resolveram me chamar . Não gostei da clínica nem da profissional minha consulta foi menos de 5 minutos

I went there and asked how many there was in front of me, the girl said 4 people because they are interleaving, I said not really just calling priority and another one calling people who are not even a priority and it arrived from me if it takes dms I'll want my money back , in short, it was 17:10 nothing when I took it to pick up my money and that's when they decided to call me. I didn't like the clinic or the professional my appointment was less than 5 minutes
