★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem na data 25/04/22 estive em umas das lojas da Tim no endereço : Vila Guilherme, São Paulo - SP, 02047-050 ( shopping center norte Número da loja 733. Era umas 13:25 horas
Péssimo atendimento por um rapaz da Tim que tinha cabelo comprido nessa loja N. 733 a qual não deu para ver o nome no crachá devido ele estava sentado deis da hora que entrei na loja.
Olha estou migrando para a Tim mas quero já entra e sair pois em ligação o atendimento é horrível os atendentes pelo menos que eu peguei nenhum me atendeu bem.
Indo até uma loja física piorou mais ainda com essa experiência do dia que fui no Center Norte da loja n.733 , o vendedor é pago para fazer o trabalho dele pois não faz questão de vestir a camisa e fazer o que tem que ser feito.

Bad service by a guy from Tim who had long hair in this store N. 733 which I couldn't see the name on the badge because he was sitting since the time I entered the store.
Look, I'm migrating to Tim but I want to go in and out because on call the service is horrible, the attendants at least I got none of them answered me well.
Going to a physical store was even worse with this experience of the day I went to the North Center of store n.733, the salesperson is paid to do his work because he doesn't insist on wearing his shirt and doing what has to be done.

Compareci na Loja para resolver o problema do plano do celular do meu pai, um idoso de 72 anos, uma vez que apesar de ter adquirido o plano e ter sido cobrado da fatura, o plano não estava ativo. Fui atendido pelo funcionário Magno, que sugeriu a compra de outro plano, informando que o outro, que estava sendo cobrado sem estar ativo, seria cancelado. Ocorre que, o tempo passou e as cobranças indevidas continuam ocorrendo, sem que o problema fosse resolvido. Ao procurar o funcionário Magno para verificar o que houve, ele disse para eu procurar os meus direitos e, além disso, me bloqueou no contato de whatsapp da loja. Acredito que esse não é o tipo de atendimento que os consumidores esperam. Deixo aqui registrado a minha insatisfação e indignação. Não recomendo a loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu visitei esta loja dentro do Shopping Center Norte, a princípio um rapaz me abordou e pediu para aguardar. Enquanto aguardei por cerca de 18 minutos, observei que tinha dois funcionarios juntamente com a moça do caixa resolvendo algo com o cliente e um rapaz ao fundo escolhendo musica pelo celular e esqueceram que tinham clientes aguardando. Então deixo aqui 3 estrelas, pelo ambiente bem organizado eu daria 5, mas deixo como sugestão, observar o ambiente em volta pois pelo menos o que estava no celular poderia ter nos atendido. Devido ao tempo de espera desnecessário, dou 3 estrelas.
I visited this store inside Shopping Center Norte, at first a guy approached me and asked to wait. While I waited for about 18 minutes, I noticed that there were two employees together with the cashier solving something with the customer and a guy in the back choosing music on his cell phone and they forgot that they had customers waiting. So I leave here 3 stars, for the well-organized environment I would give 5, but I leave it as a suggestion, to observe the environment around because at least what was on the cell phone could have served us. Due to unnecessary waiting time, I give 3 stars.
