★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobram um absurdo por um serviço horrível. Soube que estavam oferecendo um pacote melhor pelo mesmo preço que eu já pagava há anos e eles nunca me avisaram. Liguei solicitando a mudança de pacote e eles me deram migué tentando me arrancar ainda mais dinheiro.
They charge absurd for a horrible service. I heard they were offering a better package for the same price I had been paying for years and they never let me know. I called to request a change of package and they gave me a friend trying to get me even more money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, péssima assistência, serviço horrível. Fui cliente a mais de um ano da empresa, paguei por um pacote horrível e não tiveram nenhuma consideração quando tentei mudar o pacote, ainda tentaram ganhar mais dinheiro, me senti sendo feito de trouxa.
Lousy service, lousy assistance, horrible service. I was a customer for over a year at the company, I paid for a horrible package and they had no consideration when I tried to change the package, they still tried to earn more money, I felt like I was made of a muggle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em uma área rural de estrema-MG, tenho internet via rádio de 5 megas entretanto ela só pega bem durante manhã e à tarde a partir da noite não chega nem 800kb, o problema maior é que não existe suporte, quando ligamos no telefone eles não atendem e no WhatsApp só falam para nós reiniciamos o modem porém o problema sempre persiste, Já estamos a um mês com a internet na parte da noite praticante sem e todos os dias mandamos mensagem mas não temos nenhuma retorno e nenhuma melhora. O Suporte e atenção para resolver os problemas é muito péssimo !
I live in a rural area of Estrema-MG, I have internet via radio of 5 megs however it only catches well in the morning and in the afternoon from the evening it doesn’t even reach 800kb, the biggest problem is that there is no support, when we call them on the phone they don’t answer and WhatsApp only tells us to restart the modem but the problem always persists, we’ve been on the Internet for a month without practicing and every day we send a message but we don’t have any feedback and no improvement. The support and attention to solve the problems is very bad!
