★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, eu e meu esposo chegamos na loja e perguntamos a um atendente o valor do chip ( o mais simples), ele informou que custava R$20,00, pediu para que aguardassemos nossa vez que o primeiro atendente que desocupasse nos chamaria, esperamos um pouco e fomos atendidos por outra atendente. Ao sermos atendidos informamos que queríamos o chip mais simples, ela fez o atendimento dela padrão,nos oferecendo um chip pós-pago e informamos que gostaríamos do pré-pago mais simples, depois que ela faz todo o cadastro no computador e com muita má vontade, ela informa que o valor é de R$40,00. Informamos a ela que o primeiro atendente informou um valor abaixo e ela disse que o valor era de R$40,00. Cancelamos o atendimento e fomos em outra loja da TIM e aí perguntamos a atendente dessa loja o valor do chip mais simples e ela nos informou o valor de R$30,00, questionamos o valor ser diferente da outra loja e aí foi quando a mesma nos explicou o motivo de cada loja ter um valor diferenciado para os Chips pré-pagos mesmo ela sem poder nos atender (a máquina dos Chips pré-pagos não estava funcionando) ela nos atendeu muito melhor que a primeira atendente da primeira loja que fomos.

We informed her that the first attendant informed an amount below and she said that the amount was R$40.00. We canceled the service and went to another TIM store and then we asked the attendant of that store the value of the simplest chip and she informed us the value of R$30.00, we asked the value to be different from the other store and that was when it he explained the reason why each store has a different value for prepaid chips even though it was unable to serve us (the prepaid chip machine was not working) it served us much better than the first attendant at the first store we went to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem dia 21/11/2021 fui nessa loja para resgatar o chip da minha esposa, informei o número a ser resgatado para o atendente, o cara entrou no sistema e fez no outro chip da minha esposa que não tinha resgatou a linha que já estava ativa, e o pior de tudo é que o meu tempo é muito corrido , o único dia que eu tenho para resolver essas coisas é o domingo..
Resumindo você obrigado a volta lá novamente para resolver uma coisa que já era para estar tudo ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir eine Tim Sim karte für den Urlaub gekauft, die Einrichtung war Mithilfe eines Service centers möglich. Danach hat die Sim karte funktioniert und der Empfang war nicht schlecht. Jedoch nach dem 10 Tag wurde die Sim Karte nicht mehr vom Handy erkannt. Es wurden mehrere Handys getestet, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Leider ist aus nicht bekannten Gründen die SIM karte defekt gegangen, jedoch konnte uns im Service vor Ort niemand weiterhelfen und es hieß immer nur das muss über die online Centrale laufen die melden sich dann. Gemeldet hat sich niemand und die Hotline anzurufen war ohne erfolg.
Schlussendlich war das Geld für den Chip und für das Guthaben verloren. Nächstes Mal werde ich mich für einen anderen Anbieter entscheiden.
I bought a Tim SIM card for vacation, it was possible to set it up with the help of a service center. After that the SIM card worked and the reception wasn't bad. However, after the 10th day, the SIM card was no longer recognized by the mobile phone. Several mobile phones have been tested, but without success. Unfortunately, for unknown reasons, the SIM card was defective, but nobody in the on-site service could help us and it was always said that it had to be done via the online central office, and they would then get in touch. Nobody answered and calling the hotline was unsuccessful.
In the end, the money for the chip and for the credit was lost. Next time I will choose a different provider.
