O pior que é o único atendimento presencial em Botucatu. Recomendo a Claro, no momento. If you're in doubt about switching from Tim to any carrier, just jump there. The service is horrible and will convince to change quickly. The worst is the only face-to-face care in Botucatu. I recommend Claro, at the moment.
