★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TENTEI FAZER O RESGATE DO MEU NÚMERO E DA MINHA ESPOSA, FUI INFORMADO QUE O SISTEMA ESTAVA FORA DO AR, ESPEREI QUASE DUAS HORAS SEM SUCESSO. ME INFORMARAM QUE O SISTEMA ESTAVA NO APENAS PARA NOVA ATIVAÇÕES. ESQUISITO ISSO, SISTEMA FUNCIONA PARA NOVA ATIVAÇÃO COM PLANO, MAS NÃO PODERIA FAZER O RESGASTE DO MEU NÚMERO. SAI MUITO CHATEADO A FALTA DE RESOLUTÃO DA EMPRESA TIM.
 I TRIED TO RESCUE MY AND MY WIFE'S NUMBER, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE SYSTEM WAS OUT OF AIR, I WAITED ALMOST TWO HOURS WITHOUT SUCCESS. I INFORMED THAT THE SYSTEM WAS NOT JUST FOR NEW ACTIVATIONS. THAT'S AWESOME, SYSTEM WORKS FOR NEW ACTIVATION WITH PLAN, BUT IT COULD NOT REDEEM MY NUMBER. IT LEAVES VERY ANNOYED ABOUT THE TIM COMPANY'S LACK OF RESOLUTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ após ler o contrato percebi que a empresa faz muito mais esforço pra obrigar o cliente a permanecer por 12 meses do que fazer por onde agradar o cliente pra que ele fique por livre e espontânea vontade. lamentável vou testa-la até o limite máximo. se não tomar nojo fico algum tempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o vendedores mal informados! Abriram uma conta erroneamente no nome da minha mãe sem o consentimento dela. E tem mil e uma explicações pelo erro. Depois de muita insistência cancelaram o plano. Hj tenho um boleto do plano de que atende 4 numeros sendo que somente 1 foi ativado.
Devido ao erro do vendedor estou com um prejuizo de R$397,00 e o vendedor fica fazendo cara de paisagem. Verdadeira falta de respeito com o cliente!
