O atendimento é excelente, desde a entrada na loja, durante a venda, após a venda, nas inúmeras vezes que levei os óculos para limpar ou ajustar, sem falar da qualidade dos óculos que é altíssima.
No último atendimento até uma cartinha fofa eu recebi da atendente Geisla! ?
É como diz o comercial: óticas Diniz, lugar de gente feliz!

Principalmente a Luiza que atendeu a mim e minha filha. Nos mostrou vários modelos de óculos sem perder o sorriso. Mostrou o melhor custo benefício dentre das várias opções da loja, que seria melhor pra nossa rotina e necessidades. Ficamos muito satisfeitas e os óculos ficaram prontos bem antes da data marcada.
