★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja bem arrumada e limpa, só tive um problema contratei um plano e meu cartão venceu a data de validade, deixei sem renovar pois não foi nada atraente o piano ficou a desejar no entanto voltei a loja para cancelar, o atendente me informou que eu não precisava renovar na loja que o cancelando seria automático, mas não foi o que aconteceu, estou sendo cobrada pela Tim.
Store neat and tidy, I only had a problem I contracted a plan and my card expired the expiration date, I left without renewing because it was not attractive the piano was wanted however I went back to the store to cancel, the attendant informed me that I did not I needed to renew in the store that canceling it would be automatic, but that's not what happened, I'm being charged by Tim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei de aparelho, um IPhone 6 para um Iphone XR e achei que o chip era menor. Fui nessa loja e o atendente ao inves de me informar que o chip era igual me vendeu O MESMO CHIP.
Eh a segunda vez que o mesmo atendente mostra as suas garras. Na primeira vez errou o nome da minha esposa no cadastro sa TIm.
Nao passo nem mais perto dessa loja. Energia pessima e com um funcionário achando que eh malandro, nao sabendo que os outtos estao vendo tudo que ele faz.

I changed my device, an IPhone 6 for an Iphone XR and I thought the chip was smaller. I went to this store and the attendant, instead of informing me that the chip was the same, sold me THE SAME CHIP.
This is the second time the same attendant has shown its claws. The first time my wife's name was wrong on the SA TIm register.
I don't step closer to that store. Terrible energy and an employee thinking he is a rogue, not knowing that others are seeing everything he does.
