vendedores com ótimo atendimento porém os donos com uma arrogância que jamais presenciei na vida!
Não me lembro o nome do dono mais é um japones ogro, não sebe lidar com seus clientes. Trata com falta de respeito.
fica aqui minha indignação com esse ser, e que a lei do retorno um dia bata na sua porta.
A complaint directed to the supervision of the store,
salespeople with great service but the owners with an arrogance that I never saw in my life!
I do not remember the name of the owner but he is a Japanese ogre, he cannot deal with his customers. Deals with lack of respect.
here is my indignation with this being, and that the law of return will one day knock on your door.

Good price, but terrible service, twice I went, I was poorly served... ignorance and arrogance... they treated me as if I were rubbish. People who don't like what they're doing should get another job, rather than mistreating the customer.

Fui com a minha Mãe na loja Remix na oliveira lima em santo André, dia 25/04 compramos 4 capinhas e 2 acessórios para celular, passamos o cartão no débito no valor de R$50.00 e na máquininha deu um erro e segundo a atendente não havia passado então acreditando na mesma, minha Mãe pagou 50 reais em dinheiro... Consultei o banco e vi que o valor havia saído da conta e retornei na loja e a atendente falou vou te dar meu telefone qualquer coisa vc entra em contato comigo que resolvemos, porque o valor vai ser estornado pra conta novamente até amanhã que seria dia 26, entrei em contato novamente no dia seguinte e a atendente novamente me disse que o valor seria estornado em até 3 dias úteis! Até ai blza! Mais quando foi na sexta feira entrei em contato novamente e me trataram muito mal desligaram na minha cara falando que não iam devolver dinheiro nenhum que o erro seria do banco da minha Mãe bom resumindo temos os comprovantes que os 50 reais foi passado na loja na máquininha deles mais mesmo assim eles não devolvem o valor pra conta da minha Mãe que é idosa aposentada e que não poderia estar passando por isso! Muito descaso e muita falta de respeito... Hoje liguei lá eles mandaram a gente procurar nossos direitos... E assim vai ser feito! Vamos na delegacia, no procon onde for... Não é pelo valor e sim pelo desrespeito com uma senhora que agora vai ter que ficar correndo atrás de um erro que não foi dela!!!! ?
My experience was terrible!!!!! I went with my mother to the Remix store in oliveira lima in santo André, on the 25/04 we bought 4 cases and 2 cell phone accessories, we passed the debit card in the amount of R$50.00 and the machine gave an error and according to the attendant there was no then believing in the same, my mother paid 50 reais in cash... I consulted the bank and saw that the amount had left the account and I returned to the store and the attendant said I'll give you my phone anything you can contact me and we'll solve it , because the amount will be refunded to the account again until tomorrow, which would be the 26th, I contacted again the next day and the attendant again told me that the amount would be refunded within 3 business days! See you there! But when it was on Friday I got in touch again and they treated me very badly they hung up on me saying that they would not return any money that the mistake would be my mother's bank good in short we have proof that the 50 reais was spent in the store in the little machine of them, but even so, they do not refund the amount to my mother's account, who is elderly and retired and could not be going through this! A lot of neglect and a lot of lack of respect... Today I called there they told us to look for our rights... And that's how it will be done! Let's go to the police station, to the procon wherever it is... It's not because of the value, but because of the disrespect for a lady who will now have to be chasing a mistake that wasn't hers!!!! ?
