★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arrependi de tentar solucionar um problema na linha. Fui pessimamente atendido por uma funcionária que só sabia me fazer perguntas e duvidar da minha palavra. Essa funcionária é péssima e não houve ninguém na loja que viesse apaziguar ou ajudar um cliente de muitos anos. Lamentavel...lá o cliente nunca tem razão. Resultado...sai da Tim e fui pra outra operadora...eu e minha esposa também.
 I regret trying to solve a problem on the line. I was treated badly by an employee who only knew how to ask me questions and doubt my word. This employee is terrible and there was no one in the store to appease or help a long-time customer. Regrettably...the customer is never right there. Result...I left Tim and went to another operator...me and my wife too.
