★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí solicitar um serviço ao atendente, que apesar de estarem quase fechando o espediente,mesmo assim ele me atendeu com boa vontade e resolveu o meu problema, estão de parabéns ésta equipe, super recomendo a loja no shopping Iguatemi.??

Contratei pelo site da Tim de um plano pós-pago , recebi chip por correios , fiz o procedimento da operadora, e o chip não ativou depois de 2 horas, que foi o prazo da gravação da URA da operadora. Fui nessa loja pra resolver o problema hoje 30/04 16:00hs, e o vendedor falou que o prazo era de 24 horas, eu reclamei q não era essa a informação da URA, o vendedor retrucou e mandou um “pq vc não comprou aqui na loja então?” No meio da resposta. Inadmissível!!!!!
Terrible attendance. I hired Tim's website for a postpaid plan, received a chip by mail, did the operator's procedure, and the chip did not activate after 2 hours, which was the deadline for recording the operator's IVR. I went to this store to solve the problem today 04/30 4:00 pm, and the seller said the deadline was 24 hours, I complained that this was not the URA's information, the seller replied and sent a “why didn't you buy it here? at the store then? ” In the middle of the answer. Inadmissible!!!!!

Fui com o intuito de trocar meu chip físico comum para eSIM, em menos de 10 minutos já estava na minha mão e ativado no aparelho, paguei o valor de R$15,00 para ativar. A atendente foi atenciosa e solícita. Recomendo a todos que queiram resolver seus problemas sem enrolação e com profissionalismo.
