★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema dessa empresa é que antes de entrar você faz um cadastro e depois fica recebendo ligações de hora em hora com vendedores sem noção te oferecendo produtos.
Você fala que não quer, cadastra o número do seu celular no "não PERTURBE", liga para ANATEL, cadastra reclamação, mas as ligações NÃO PARAM.... Não aceito NADA que venha dessa empresa, nem de graça!
The problem with this company is that before entering, you register and then you keep receiving hourly calls from clueless sellers offering you products.
You say you don't want to, register your cell phone number in "don't DISTURB", call ANATEL, register a complaint, but the calls DON'T STOP.... I don't accept ANYTHING from this company, not even for free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra vender um plano eles são ótimos, agora pra resolver uma cobrança indevida, não fazem empurra vc pra todo lado e não resolve seus problemas com a operadora, péssimo vou trocar de operadora, já estou estudando novas propostas.
To sell a plan they are great, now to solve an undue charge, they don't push you everywhere and don't solve your problems with the operator, bad I'm going to change operator, I'm already studying new proposals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei,perdi meu telefone no sábado,fui até o Itaú Power shopping no Domingo e chegando lá fui até um funcionário,perguntei a ele como proceder para resgatar meu número,ele perguntou se era pré pago ou controle,qdo eu disse pré pago,ele falou que tinha esgotado os Chips pré pago na loja e só tinha plano controle,hoje fui em outra loja da Tim hoje e a moça que resgatou meu chip disse que não existe isso,vontade de voltar lá nessa loja e questionar a esse funcionário isso,mais tudo bem,ou ele está cumprindo ordens ,ou está agindo de má fé mesmo

Pessoas que pediam ajuda e sendo orientadas à usar o 1056, pois a loja só vende celular! Não tendo que resolver problemas de outras lojas! (Abuso do direito de vendedores de plano da Tim, que trocaram meu plano de forma arbitrária e sem minha autorização, mesmo tendo sido de outra loja( A loja do MINAS SHOPING TROCOU MEU PLANO SEM MINHA AUTORIZAÇÃO) .
Na loja do Itaú Power, sem gerente, nem supervisor apenas uma funcionária me atendeu, não resolvendo o problema sobre a troca de plano.
Apenas trocou meu chip e disse que se eu não ligasse no 1056 o meu plano ficaria trocado mesmo eu dizendo que foi uma troca ilícita sem permissão, trocando até o endereço do cliente sem o titular da conta saber.
Sem palavras para descrever o atendimento à uma Sra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri um aparelho como verde musgo escuro. A loja não permite abertura da caixa para que o cliente veja o produto. Ao abrir a caixa, o que vi foi um bege/dourado, talvez, com muito esforço um verde claríssimo. Solicitei à gerente que substituísse o aparelho pelo preto, ainda não havia retirado o produto da loja, mas ela me disse que, como a caixa foi aberta e emitida a nota fiscal, configurava troca e troca é só por defeito. Estou aguardando na loja há uma por outra gerente que, teoricamente, resolveria o meu problema, mas disseram que está em horário de almoço.
I purchased a device like dark moss green. The store does not allow opening the box for the customer to see the product. When I opened the box, what I saw was a beige/gold, maybe with a lot of effort a very light green. I asked the manager to replace the device with the black one, I had not yet removed the product from the store, but she told me that, as the box was opened and the invoice was issued, it configured exchange and exchange is only by default.
