★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar um chip e manter o número antigo e pedi para ler os termos do contrato que eu estava assinando e fui humilhado e tratado com agressividade. Sem dizer que há funcionários que não usam máscara em meio a idosos e ainda pedem para tirar a máscara para tirar a foto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente do guichê 01 totalmente estressada e sem paciência, basta vc não entender o que ela fala devido ao ruido da rua associado ao uso da máscara que ela responde em tom mais ríspido, muito pouco caso em resolver o problema do cliente, apenas pressa para acabar com a fila logo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ultra lento. Impressionante como em tempos de pandemia ainda se exige fotos do usuário sem máscaras. Loja cheia de gente e nenhuma exigência nem orientação para os usuários usarem máscara.
