E além disso, a peça que precisava ser trocada foi trocada por uma de um valor maior do que havia sido combinado, isso sem antes ter me ligado para avisar que era necessário e pedir autorização.

Ao tentar dialogar com a responsável da loja a mesma foi sem educação e usou de sarcasmo, não sabe me informar data de chegada do produto que necessito, então solicitei a devolução do valor e a mesma ainda usando de sarcasmo me orientou procurar o PROCON porque a mesma não efetua devolução do valor. Fica a dica a futuros clientes.
