★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bem atendida. So demorou mais do q imaginei. Neste dia tive uma grande chateação na loja da Tim da Barão e resolvi fazer portabilidade. Na tim ouvi q EU havia feito uma ligacao pedindo p ser pré -pago. E eu nao fiz isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um plano da vivo com portabilidade,depois de 11 dias a portabilidade não tinha acontecido ainda.Ligava para vendedora e não tinha retorno, mandava mensagem e falava que ia ver e nunca mais me respondia.Tive que ir na loja. Gerente muito mau educada nem bom dia deu!Fiquei aguardando quase 1 hora pra ser atendida onde duas atendentes e a gerente estavam desocupadas e não tiveram o interesse de me ajudar, pois a vendedora que me atendeu estava ocupada.Muito triste com a receptividade da loja dom Luís pretendo não retornar e nem indicar a ninguém essa loja.
I made a vivo plan with portability, after 11 days the portability had not happened yet. I called the saleswoman and there was no return, I sent a message and said I would see and never answered me again. I had to go to the store. Very rude manager, not even a good day! I waited almost 1 hour to be served where two attendants and the manager were unoccupied and had no interest in helping me, because the saleswoman who answered me was busy. Very sad with the receptivity of the store Dom Luís I do not intend to return nor recommend this store to anyone.
