★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resolveu meu problema, mas pecou no atendimento, fui trocar o chip que havia queimado, daí a moça que me atendeu ficou insistindo pra me vender um plano, aparelho etc.
Não volto mais, procuro outra loja.
 It solved my problem, but it failed in the service, I went to change the chip that had burned, so the girl who answered me kept insisting to sell me a plan, device, etc.
I won't be back, I'll look for another store.

Em vez de fazer a portabilidade, pelo jeito sai mais fácil você comprar um chip novo.
Ainda estou em dúvida se a Tim me merece como cliente, gosto de um serviço bem prestado e pelo jeito ela não cumpre com o que promete.
Due to the total number of complaints, I gave up looking for service at this location.
Instead of porting, it seems to be easier for you to buy a new chip.
I'm still in doubt if Tim deserves me as a customer, I like a good service and apparently she doesn't deliver what she promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento totalmente sem ética. Funcionários despreparados e com um pós venda terrível. Me venderam um plano dizendo ter benefícios que não tinha. Quando voltei pra reclamar, disseram que o atendente era novato e que não podiam fazer nada, mas eu tinha a opção de reclamar na Anatel. Essa foi a solução que eles me deram. Foi um verdadeiro descaso.
Totally unethical service. Unprepared staff and terrible after-sales service. I was sold a plan claiming to have benefits I didn't have. When I came back to complain, they said that the attendant was new and that they couldn't do anything, but I had the option to complain to Anatel. That was the solution they gave me. It was a real neglect.
