★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja moderna, central, não tem estacionamento. Ao entrar na loja tem um recepcionista q te dá a senha. São vários atendentes espalhados no meio da loja com suas mesinhas e cada mesa tem álcool gel. São atendimentos personalizados para cada cliente. Achei tudo, pois são uniformizados e o melhor, até os sapatos (todos usam tênis all star preto) amei. A loja tem música ambiente moderna, tbm vendem produtos para celulares. Tem uma área de sala de estar tbm. Os atendentes são bem solícitos, fazem atendimento tanto pra celular, como qq outro tipo. Tem alguma dúvida, precisa de ajuda, procure por eles ?
Modern, central store, no parking. When you enter the store, there is a receptionist who gives you the password. There are several attendants spread out in the middle of the store with their little tables and each table has gel alcohol. These are personalized services for each client. I found everything, because they are uniformed and the best, even the shoes (everyone wears black all star sneakers) I loved it. The store has modern background music, they also sell products for cell phones. It has a living room area as well. The attendants are very helpful, they do service for both cell phones and any other type. Have any questions, need help, look for them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Vivo não dá suporte para os atendentes e muito menos para o gerente. Vou precisar ir no Procon para resolver. PQ o número que pedem para ligar 1058, não atende, fiquei mais de 15 minutos e nada. O que vale uma loja linda se não resolve nada. Diferente da NET E CLARO.
Vivo does not support the attendants, much less the manager. I'll need to go to Procon to solve. Because the number they ask to call 1058, doesn't answer, I stayed more than 15 minutes and nothing. What's a beautiful store worth if it doesn't solve anything. Different from NET AND CLEAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hoje fui na loja da vivo pra trocar o chip nessa data o atendente gabriel preencheu meus dados e falou que era pra retirar o chip porem chegou no meu email uma contrato de serviços da vivo com multa caso n pague não deixou eu ler e quando questionei falou que era so pra retirar o chip mesmo um atendimento forçado e ruim não recomendo
