★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja! Fiz a troca de uma tela de celular durou três dias funcionando bem depois começou a dar defeito já estava longe para voltar. Paguei 320,00 180,00 só da tela, consertei em outro lugar pela metade do preço. E o celular está perfeito! Além de ser uma loja cara. As peças são de péssima qualidade. Não recomendo paguei em uma loja de Ribeirão preto a tela frontal e mais a tampa traseira do moto G6 me saio por 170,00 não levem nessa top Cell.

Minha esposa foi até a loja e pediu uma tela original o que não foi colocada e a mesma não pegava digital e alguns pontos na tela,voltamos na loja e fomos informados q a tela não era original no valor de 680,00 reais,por fim deixamos pra lá e pedimos outra tela q foi colocada e tbm veio a dar problema no dia seguinte,voltamos a loja novamente e o celular ficou uma semana e a topcel veio a nos informar q não tem mais essa tela. Pedimos o celular como chegou com a tela quebrada, mas funcionando e mais uma vez o celular voltou sem funcionar pq a tela colocada não era a do meu celular e mais uma vez voltei a loja para colocar a minha tela. Depois de toda essa novela e meu celular voltar sem consertar era o mínimo q a topcel poderia fazer era me devolver o dinheiro. Isso é profissionalismo?
Bom vou deixar essa pergunta para vcs responderem,eu gostaria muito que estivesse dado tudo certo mas não foi a realidade,por isso essa minha indignação.

My wife went to the store and asked for an original screen, which was not placed and it did not get digital and some points on the screen, we went back to the store and were informed that the screen was not original, worth 680.00 reais, we finally left there and we asked for another screen that was placed and it also had a problem the next day, we went back to the store again and the cell phone stayed for a week and topcel came to inform us that it no longer has this screen. We asked for the cell phone as it arrived with the screen broken, but it was working and once again the cell phone was not working because the screen was not my cell phone and once again I went back to the store to put my screen. After all this soap opera and my cell phone coming back unfixed, it was the least topcel could do was give me back my money. Is this professionalism?
Well I'll leave this question for you guys to answer, I would very much like it was all right but it wasn't reality, that's why my indignation.
