Terrible, in addition to not solving anything, the attendant Emily doesn't have an ounce of politeness and was messing around on Instagram throughout my "service" if you can call it that.

I was extremely underserved. I was waiting for the customer who was in front of me, when it was finally my turn, the attendant saw someone she knew and got up to talk. I was waiting for almost half an hour. I canceled my account, I will never go back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sinal da internet móvel no centro da cidade é horrível, e próximo da loja da vivo, isso quando não deixa de funcionar de vez, não investem nada para melhorar o sinal na cidade. A Vivo vende na propaganda a qualidade que não tem para oferecer. Uma empresa que deixa até o hospital da cidade sem telefone, imagine a preocupação que tem com o resto dos clientes.
The mobile internet signal in the city center is horrible, and close to the vivo store, when it doesn't stop working for good, they don't invest anything to improve the signal in the city. Vivo sells quality in advertising that it does not have to offer. A company that leaves even the city hospital without a phone, imagine the concern it has for the rest of its customers.
