★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica tem um ótimo atendimento na recepção, mas o médico é horrível. Dr. Caio, oftalmologista, péssimo!!! Não indico à ninguém. A consulta dele não dura 5 minutos.
The clinic has a great service at the reception, but the doctor is horrible. Dr. Caio, ophthalmologist, terrible !!! I don't tell anyone. His consultation does not last 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem compromisso nenhum com horário, toda vez tem que esperar de 30 a 60min pela consulta que é agendada. Nem quando ligam pedindo pra chegar mais cedo do que o agendado eles cumprem.
There is no appointment with time, every time you have to wait 30 to 60 minutes for the appointment that is scheduled. Not even when they call asking to arrive earlier than scheduled, do they comply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha consulta com Dra Patrícia desde bebê. Ela tem hoje 2 anos e 4 meses. Atendimento pontual e muito bom. Nada a reclamar.
My daughter consults with Dr Patricia since she was a baby. She is now 2 years and 4 months old. Punctual and very good service. Nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem médicos excelentes como a pediatra Dra Patrícia mas tem um péssimo atendimento por telefone se deseja agendar uma consulta de prepare para ficar o dia todo tentando.
Não adianta ter médicos bons e não ter atendimento telefônico é um absurdo eu ter que sair de casa e ir até a clínica para saber a data de agenda de um médico.
There are excellent doctors like the pediatrician Dr Patricia but they have terrible phone service if you want to schedule an appointment to prepare to spend all day trying.
It's no use having good doctors and not having phone service, it's absurd for me to have to leave the house and go to the clinic to find out the date of a doctor's agenda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descomprisso total com os agendamentos. Você marca a consulta mas não sabe que hora será atendido. Parece que os médicos estão fazendo algum favor. Resumindo bem é como ser atendido pelo SUS. Não recomendo.
Total decompression with appointments. You make an appointment but don't know what time you will be seen. Looks like the doctors are doing you a favor. In short, it's like being served by the SUS. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção da clínica é boa. Mas o Dr. Caio (Oftalmologista) realizou um PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. Não sabe escutar, atendimento rápido, falta de interesse e de cuidado. Joguei dinheiro fora! O mínimo que posso fazer é compartilhar essa experiência. Importante lembrar que essa foi minha experiência, com você as vezes pode ser diferente. Mas fica a dica: NÃO INDICO.
The reception of the clinic is good. But Dr. Caio (Ophthalmologist) performed a BAD SERVICE. Does not know how to listen, fast service, lack of interest and care. I threw money away! The least I can do is share this experience. Important to remember that this was my experience, with you sometimes it can be different. But here's the tip: I DO NOT INDICATE.
