★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, a atendente não sai do telefone, o rapaz que leva uma eternidade para atender uma cliente, ou seja, dois atendentes que não fazem o serviço de um. Fiquei quase uma hora esperando até que perdi a paciência e fui embora. Nunca vi tanto descaso com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de ficar 40 minutos na porta esperando a loja abrir, por causa de faxina não resolveram o meu problema dizendo que é revenda a loja. Não alteram plano. Então, porque que abrem uma loja dessa só para vender celular. Isso aí compro nas Casas Bahia poxa.
