★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse dar menos de uma estrela, daria. Foi o pior atendimento que recebi, na Vivo do Shopping Jardins, em frente às Casas Bahia. Poucos atendentes, o cliente entra e ninguém o recebe, quando encontra um atendente, suplica por uma senha para ser atendido e quando recebe, demora mais de duas horas pra ser chamado, em pé, sem um acolhimento, sem local pra sentar, sem perguntar se quer uma água, um abraço ou um sopro do ventilador, que fosse. É como se tivesse pedindo um favor, quando de fato nós estamos pagando pelo serviço. Se já não bastasse a péssima qualidade das empresas de telefonia nacional, essa loja física oferece o pior atendimento a todos os clientes que estiveram presentes neste fatídico dia, 04/01/2021. 5 estrelas negativas pra você, Vivo.
If I could give less than one star, I would. It was the worst service I received, at Vivo in Shopping Jardins, in front of Casas Bahia. Few attendants, the customer enters and no one receives him, when he finds an attendant, he begs for a password to be served and when he receives it, it takes more than two hours to be called, standing, without a welcome, without a place to sit, without asking if you want water, a hug or a blow from the fan, so be it. It's like asking for a favor, when in fact we're paying for the service. If the poor quality of the national telephone companies were not enough, this physical store offers the worst service to all customers who were present on this fateful day, 01/04/2021. 5 negative stars for you, Vivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente o contato telefônico e WhatsApp nunca funcionam. Historicamente a Vivo tem um pessimo atendimento. Filas longas e demoradas. O atendimento no shopping Jardins é razoável, mas a Loja do Shopping RioMar é péssimo. Estive lá e achei um absurdo o atendimento ruim. Não recomendo.
Honestly phone contact and WhatsApp never work. Historically, Vivo has had a very bad service. Long and long queues. The service at Shopping Jardins is reasonable, but the RioMar Shopping Store is terrible. I was there and found the poor service to be absurd. I do not recommend.
