Fui ao local a procura de uma película de vidro para o meu telefone, ao chegar lá perguntei o preço da capa e a atendente falou que tinha a minha e que era o preço de 10,00 reais, ela disse que a capa não cobria totalmente o celular, e eu perguntei " a capa vai ficar igual a essa que está no meu celular?" Ela disse que sim, então autorizei que colocasse.
Após a aplicação da película de vidro vi que esta película não é a do modelo do meu celular e questionei ela falando que não havia ficado igual tendo como resposta "você concordou meu bem".
E quando fui passar o cartão ela disse que no cartão cobrava uma taxa de 1,00 real, legalmente isso não é permitido.
Resumindo, eu não indico primeiro pelo produto oferecido, segundo pelo atendimento medíocre e terceiro porque eles cobram uma taxa ilegal e abusiva.

I went to the place looking for a glass film for my phone, when I got there I asked for the cover price and the attendant said that I had mine and that it was the price of 10.00 reais, she said that the cover did not fully cover the phone, and I asked "will the cover look the same as the one on my phone?" She said yes, so I gave her permission.
After the application of the glass film I saw that this film is not the model of my cell phone and I questioned her saying that she had not been the same with the answer "you agreed my love".
And when I went to pass the card she said that the card charged a fee of 1.00 reais, legally this is not allowed.
In short, I do not indicate first for the product offered, second for mediocre service and third because they charge an illegal and abusive fee.
