Me passaram um cartão com um número de telefone para WhatsApp e não consigo ter o retorno de ninguém para uma simples questão de pagamento que não caiu !!!!!
Ligo na loja e só dá caixa postal, sendo que o site indica que a loja está aberta !!!!!
Acho muita falta de respeito com o consumidor e estou começando a me arrepender por ter feito compra nesta loja!!!
Só quero um retorno, mas pelo o que vejo, sou forçada a ir na loja para resolver uma questão que acredito que não seria necessário.
Para o atendimento, a fila é enorme !!!!!
Somos obrigados a ficar esperando em um banco fora da loja!!!
Fiz uma mudança de plano e não estou tendo nenhum suporte!!!!!!

I call the store and only gives voicemail, and the website indicates that the store is open !!!!!
I think it's very disrespectful to the consumer and I'm starting to regret having made a purchase in this store!!!

Sou cliente Vivo a muito tempo.
O atendimento é péssimo.
Nao existe empatia dos colaboradores con os clientes.
Tinham 3 colaboradores na loja atendendo 2 clientes. Fiquei sentado mais de 20 minutos sem que ninguém me fizesse nenhuma pergunta sobre o que eu precisava.
Acabei indo embora sem ser atendido.
Nao volto mais a essa loja.
Went to the store on 02/12/2022.
I've been a Vivo customer for a long time.
The service is terrible.
There is no empathy between employees and customers.
There were 3 employees in the store serving 2 customers. I sat for over 20 minutes without anyone asking me any questions about what I needed.
I ended up leaving without being served.
I will not go back to this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que tive, a educação dos colaboradores horrível fui de camiseta e chinelo e fui destratado pelo subgerente. Mesmo que eu não tivesse condições financeiras todos merecem ser tratado com o máximo de respeito. Não resolvem o meu problema que persiste a mais de 15 dias. Alegaram que lá não resolveriam pois não é uma loja oficial Vivo e que se eu quisesse que tomasse minhas providências. Atendimento -10.
Worst service I had, the education of the employees was horrible I wore a t-shirt and flip-flops and I was mistreated by the assistant manager. Even if I didn't have the financial means, everyone deserves to be treated with the utmost respect. They don't solve my problem that persists for more than 15 days. They claimed that they would not solve it there because it is not an official Vivo store and that if I wanted it to take my steps. Service -10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui a loja para esclarecer algumas dúvidas sobre meu plano e tentar atualiza-lo, porém atendente sequer pediu meu documento ou número de telefone, ficou olhando para o notebook e não prestava a mínima atenção no que estava falando.
