★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regras ridículas! Em qualquer lugar do mundo você retira seu valor com o passaporte, aqui no Brasil somente aceita CPF. Meu passaporte ainda tem anos de validade porém está com nome de solteira, como meu CPF já atualizei para nome de casada não pude retirar meu dinheiro. Estou contando com a ajuda do cliente para ver se eles voltam no banco para mudar meu nome, para que eu possa receber!!!!
Ridiculous rules In any place of the world you deduct your value with the passport, here in Brazil only accepts CPF. My passport still has years of validity but it has a maiden name, as my CPF I have already updated for a married name I could not withdraw my money. I am counting on the client's help to see if they come back in the bank to change my name so that I can receive !!!!

Estava como silva eliane alves. e no formulario padrao pedindo first name/primeiro nome: eliane - second name/ segundo nome: alves - given name/ultimo nome: silva. Meu nome no usa é Rocha, Ivana - NAO HA COMO MUDAR NO FORMULARIO, mas as antas que trabalham no escritorio nao sabem disso. minha mae com numero de referencia e id pra saque eles nao repassaram. VERGONHA DO ATENDENTE QUE MERECE NAO TER EMPREGO.

It was like silvia eliane alves. and in the standard form asking for first name / first name: eliane - second name / second name: alves - given name / last name: silva. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apenas uma estrela pois serviço ruim, no sábado fui lá enviar dinheiro mandou errado o nome da pessoa que ia receber, então lá no país destino não pode liberar, eu tive que ir de novo para corrigir, mesmo assim não corrigiu na hora, falou que dentro de 2h corrigir depois me avisa, pegou o meu contato e até agora já passou uns 3h nada de aviso!
Pior serviço que já vi! Só dá raiva
