★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o X-Box do meu filho no final de setembro de 2021 para reparo, o diagnostico do problema foi informado apenas em 09/11 após muita cobrança pelo WhatsApp após aprovado o orçamento, só recebi o game em 30/11 depois novamente de muita cobrança, o mesmo voltou com mesmo problema, não pude testar na hora pois recebi na empresa, por fim, para não perder a garantia, arrumei tempo e levei novamente em 23/02 estou cobrando pelo WhatsApp novamente uma posição desde 07/03, sem retorno, quer dizer, o retorno é que vai perguntar ao técnico, e ficamos nesta e seguimos sem resposta, não queria vir aqui para por uma critica, mas se faz necessário, pois entre a levar para assistência e receber o produto na primeira vez se passou 02 meses. e agora estamos mais 15 dias sem ao menos um diagnostico.
