★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma "empresa" autorizada da Cânon que não presta o serviço de forma adequada. Levei minha impressora na intenção de não deixar em qualquer lugar, porém, foi pior. Entreguei a impressora com a tinta original da máquina e recebi com o colorido vazio. Liguei para a Cânon fui orientado a ir buscar as tintas na empresa. No entanto não sinto confiança mais em uma "empresa" que necessita retirar a tinta original de um cliente. Fora o descaso de eu ir entregar a impressora num sábado e ter que deixar na portaria porque não havia mais ninguém pra receber. A gente se engana as vezes achando que toda empresa autorizada trabalha de forma séria. Fica a nota de insatisfação. Não recomendo esta empresa.
An authorized Canon company that does not provide the service properly. I took my printer with the intention of not leaving it anywhere, however, it was worse. I delivered the printer with the original ink from the machine and received it with the empty color. I called Canon and was instructed to get the paints from the company. However, I no longer feel confident in a "company" that needs to remove a customer's original paint. Aside from the neglect of going to deliver the printer on a Saturday and having to leave it at the lobby because there was no one else to receive it. We are sometimes wrong to think that every authorized company works seriously. It is the note of dissatisfaction. I do not recommend this company.
