Ainda recebi depois uma ligação pós serviço. Eu amei demais o atendimento. Quando fui na loja também fui bem recebida. Gente não estou recebendo nada por isso. É apenas a minha satisfação pelo bom atendimento, que hoje em dia é difícil de se encontrar. ?
It's the second time I've repaired them. Super indicate! Highly professional. From the person who answers the phone to the guy who comes to the house to do the repair. I still received an after-service call later. I loved the service so much. When I went to the store I was also well received. Guys I'm not getting anything for this. It's just my satisfaction for the good service, which nowadays is hard to find. ?

Deixam o cliente em linha telefônica horas sem responder e depois desligam.
Total descaso.
Terrible, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer whats.
They leave the customer on the phone line for hours without answering and then hang up.
Total neglect.

E alem de tudo Minha geladeira deu um defeito chamei eles lá para fazer orçamento condenaram o motor e disseram q o reparo ficaria em 1.850.00 e o pior Pedi para pagar na entrega do serviço e disseram q nao aceitava e tinha q pagar antecipado, daí chamei outra empresa o rapaz foi lá e já ajeitou na hora e cobrou 200.00 . absurdo uma empresa trabalhar dessa forma.
