★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja pequena, com bastante itens essenciais para atender o bairro. Bem iluminada, as vezes organizada, limpa regularmente e com funcionários bem educados e solícitos. Preços dentro do esperado para o bairro. Horário de pico que congestiona um pouco. No geral, é bem boa a loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no dia 17/09/2020 com cartão de debito que foi autorizado, a maquina de cupom não imprimiu a via, eu falei para atende que tudo bem que eu não precisa, ela informou que quando não sai o cupom cancela a venda, sai da loja sem minha mercadoria e imprimir meu extrato informando que foi sim debitado, ela chamou uma supervisora do qual informou que demora para cancelar, hoje é 18/09/2020 e verifiquei meu extrato e não foi estornado a venda, fui roupada e mal atendida. Estarei indo hoje acerta isso, péssimo atendimento, arrogantes... E o pior sai lesada... Umas das piores lojas para entrar e comprar qualquer coisa. Funcionários sem educação e sem condições de atender qualquer pessoa. Estou indo hoje e espero resolver meu problema. péssimos!!!!!

I'll be going today, fix this, lousy service, arrogant ... And the worst is injured ... One of the worst stores to go in and buy anything. Uneducated employees and unable to serve anyone. I am going today and I hope to solve my problem. lousy !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, adquiri dentre outras coisas 2 fones de ouvido na loja com a Garantia estendida que me induziram a levar, no primeiro mês um dos fones de problema é fui até a loja trocar. A vendedora me atendeu e ficou exatos 40 minutos comigo no caixa sem conseguir realizar o procedimento de troca, até que conseguiu fazê-la no sistema, quando terminou pegou os fones lá existentes e disse que não tinha mais a opção que eu havia comprado e que estava coberto pela garantia me deu opção de levar outros, porém os outros era o dobro do valor e tive que pagar a diferença, além.de ter pago um fone e a Garantia tive que pagar por metade de outro. Deviam ter avisado que não tinha um de mesmo valor antes de realizar a troca no sistema e antes de me tomar 40 minutos no caixa.
Absoluta falta de respeito, não comprem garantia estendida dessa loja é pura enganação. E sempre que possível optem por outras lojas com produtos melhores e até com preços melhores.
Se pudesse daria menos de uma estrela.

Absolute lack of respect, do not buy extended warranty from this store is pure deception. And whenever possible choose other stores with better products and even better prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja hj..uma avacalhação,uma vergonha...uma verdadeira baderna...nem cestas para compra tinha..clientes com a mercadoria não mão..Não tem operadoras de caixa.. filas enormes e só 2 cxas funcionando..absurdo total.A gerência da loja é uma incompetência só...Limpeza nota zero...resumindo...decepção total....e a loja da rua direita está bem pior..gerências péssimas e incompetentes dessas lojas
I've been to the store today... a mess, a shame... a real mess... I didn't even have shopping baskets... there were no customers with the merchandise... There are no cashiers... huge lines and only 2 boxes working. .total absurdity.The store's management is just incompetent...Cleaning score zero...in short...total disappointment....and the store on the right street is much worse..terrible and incompetent managements of these stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo de Americanas !!! Comprei pela internet e fui retirar hoje o produto falei com Caren e simplesmente não me entregaram o pedido dizendo que estavam sem sistema. Mesmo eles vendo o produto no sistema , a pessoa que comprou e tudo mas não conseguiam lançar o código ... Um extremo absurdo . Vim de longe , informei a atendente Caren que eles poderiam ligar em alguma outra loja p validar ... Pois eu não tinha disponibilidade de voltar ainda estando com um bebê e nada foi feito. Um extremo absurdo ... Tinha mais três pessoas para retirar e os funcionários não fez nada para resolver. Tem que ter uma central para dar um suporte para a loja. Mesmo eu apresentando o odigo p eles,.o comprovante de pagamento não fizeram nada. Vou fazer uma reclamação no PROCON!
American trash!!! I bought it over the internet and went to pick up the product today, I spoke to Caren and they just didn't deliver the order saying they were out of system. Even though they saw the product in the system, the person who bought it and everything but they couldn't launch the code... Extremely absurd. I came from far away, I informed the attendant Caren that they could call some other store to validate... Because I didn't have the availability to come back even with a baby and nothing was done. An extreme absurdity... There were three more people to remove and the employees did nothing to solve it. There has to be a central to support the store. Even though I presented the odigo to them, the proof of payment did nothing. I'm going to file a complaint with PROCON!
