★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nas informações gerais diz que a loja abre sete da manhã , cheguei às oito horas e tinha funcionários descarregando um caminhão, perguntei que horas abriria a loja o mesmo informou que a loja só abre as dez da manhã, tem que ter melhores informações para os clientes para que o mesmo não fassa papel de otario e a loja não perca cliente e vendas,e depois tenha que fechar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja na Baixa dos Sapateiros, próximo ao Aquidabã, pequenas lojas, chamadas "express" mas com bom sortimento. Não há estacionamento a não ser o "zona azul" da rua administrado pela prefeitura. Ótimo atendimento e existe o "Ame" que vc pode retornar cerca de 5% do valor gasto nas compras...Tudo pelo smartphone. É só cadastrar...Gostei muito!
This store in Baixa dos Sapateiros, close to Aquidabã, small stores, called "express" but with good assortment. There is no parking except the "blue zone" of the street administered by the city. Great service and there is the "Love" that you can return about 5% of the amount spent on purchases ... All by smartphone. Just register ... I really enjoyed it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com minha mãe nessa loja Americanas da baixa dos sapateiros e na hora de passar no caixa minha mãe deu uma nota de R$100,00 pra tirar R$20,00 da compra, um rapaz que estava atendendo disse q não poderia efetuar a compra porque ele não tinha troco para R$100,00 minha mãe saiu sem fazer a compra do item que ela queria. Melhorem esse atendimento, está loja parece que não tem fiscal de caixa e nem gerência pra colocar fundo de caixa para passar troco não?! Isso é um absurdo, a loja perder venda por falta de planejamento de fundo de caixa, as Americanas deveria chamar a atenção de quem coordena essa loja.
I went with my mother to this Americanas store in downtown shoemakers and when I went to the cashier my mother gave a R$100.00 bill to take R$20.00 off the purchase, a guy who was working said he couldn't make the purchase because he didn't have change for R$100.00 my mother left without buying the item she wanted. Improve this service, this store seems to have no cashier and no management to put in cash fund to spend change, no?! This is absurd, the store losing sales due to a lack of cash flow planning, the Americanas should draw the attention of whoever manages this store.
