O único ponto negativo é comum em todas as lojas Americanas de Natal, o número de caixas reduzidos, são geralmente dez (10) terminais, mas geralmente dois (02) ou três (03) funcionam, com exceção das datas comemorativas onde todos funcionam. Nos demais se não estiverem com pressa vale a pena comprar nessa loja.

Além disso, fiz o pedido em um dia, solicitando retirada para o dia seguinte. O aplicativo confirmou que estava liberado, mas a separação ocorreu apenas na hora. Isso estava acontecendo com vários outros clientes. As funcionárias estavam visivelmente sobrecarregadas. A que estava entregando os pedidos disse que não havia um dos produtos e, quando estava saindo da loja, vi esse mesmo produto em uma prateleira. Não pedi pra trocar por estar apressada.
I placed an order for store pickup and had a bad experience. Although two products were available on the app, there was none in the store. Also, I placed the order in one day, requesting next day pickup. The app confirmed that it was released, but the separation took place only on the spot. This was happening with several other clients. The employees were visibly overworked. The one delivering the orders said that one of the products was missing, and as I was leaving the store, I saw that same product on a shelf. I didn't ask for a replacement because I was in a hurry.
