★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É preciso informatizar o cadastro de clientes, sem contar que ao fazê-lo é possível saber inclusive por quem se foi atendido. É irritante toda vez que chegamos lá ficarem preenchendo fichinhas de papel. Além disso, o cartão de fidelidade que esqueço em toda vez que vou por lá também poderia estar informatizado, e a própria unidade poderia fazer esse controle e lembrar a cliente quando terá direito a um atendimento gratuito. Estou utilizando.o serviço há quase um ano, mas as duas últimas vezes que fui não gostei da sobrancelha e aí tive que esperar crescer a mesma pra arrumar, mas como não se tem esse controle de quem nos atendeu, acho que fui atendida novamente por quem não gostei, pois não fiquei satisfeita como das outras vezes. Já dei sugestão, mas não muda o atendimento. Se não inovarem, vou mudar de local!
