★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com a loja da Savassi. Atendimento horrível. Funcionárias mais mal educadas que as dessa loja, impossível. Elas ganham de lavada! Em tempos de pandemia, tantos comércios lutando para vender, vocês parecem não se importar com isso. Não entro NUNCA mais nessa loja. E se for me responder aqui com desculpa esfarrapada, poupe meu tempo.
Bad experience with the Savassi store. Horrible service. More rude employees than those in this store, impossible. They win! In times of pandemic, so many businesses struggling to sell, you don't seem to mind. I NEVER go into that store EVER anymore. And if you're going to answer me here with a lame excuse, save my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sr. Proprietário favor verificar sua equipe com urgência, estou pesquisando lojas para fazer compras hj... e a quantidade de pessoas reclamando do horrível atendimento, infelizmente terei que procurar outras concorrentes, além de produtos e preços bons, o cliente preza em ser bem atendido, as vezes pagamos mais caros... mas ser mal atendido ninguém merece.... parece que precisa fazer mudanças drásticas e rápidas... assim como eu deve ter outras pessoas tb desistindo de visitar a sua loja após pesquisa no Google. Forte abraço e boa sorte.

Estive na loja para fazer a compra dos primeiros itens do meu filho, não tinha quase nada de opção e a vendedora pouco se importou em apresentar as opções que tinha disponível. Perguntei o que me indicava para primeira compra de itens essenciais, a loja estava vazia, na verdade tinha somente eu de cliente na loja, ela me deu um panfleto que constava uma lista de enxoval, dessas listas que encontramos na internet pronta. Minha primeira filha, fiz o enxoval completo na loja baby do Minas Shopping e ficou marcado o bom atendimento e atenção da unidade, e dessa vez nem cogitei ir em outra loja, pesquisei sobre onde tinha disponivel a Baby e fui direto na savassi. Uma pena! Precário o atendimento! Não indico!

My first daughter, I did the complete layette at the Minas Shopping baby store and the unit's good service and attention was marked, and this time I didn't even consider going to another store, researched where Baby was available and went straight to the savassi. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento HORROROSO. Estive hoje na loja e fiquei perplexa. Os vendedores não dão bom dia ou boa tarde. Se tiver cliente na parte da frente da loja, eles se aglomeram no fundo e ficam cochichando. Se tiver cliente no fundo da loja, eles se aglomeram na parte da frente e o cochicho é sem fim. Depois que escolhi o produto, a vendedora simplesmente desapareceu. Não havia ninguém no caixa e eu fiquei chamando toda hora alguém pra passar a minha compra, pois os vendedores estavam aglomerados cochichando. Chamei mais de uma vez. Fiz uma compra cara e só não desisti e fui comprar em outro lugar, pois estava com meu bebê e não tenho tempo de ficar procurando eternamente o que preciso. Estava com pressa pra adquirir o produto, senão eu já teria ido embora. Não sou só eu que estou reclamando do atendimento. Vários comentários aqui nesse sentido e não apenas da loja da savassi. Parece que é de praxe o atendimento péssimo em todas as lojas baby, o que é lamentável. Acho que quando os vendedores vão fazer entrevista, fazem um teste. Se atender mal está contratado ?

If you have a customer at the front of the store, they crowd into the back and whisper. If you have a customer at the back of the store, they crowd at the front and the whisper is endless. After I chose the product, the seller simply disappeared. There was no one at the checkout counter and I kept calling someone to spend my purchase, because the salespeople were crowded and whispering. I called more than once. I made an expensive purchase and just didn't give up and went shopping elsewhere, because I was with my baby and I don't have time to keep looking for what I need forever. I was in a hurry to buy the product, otherwise I would have already left. It's not just me who's complaining about the service. Several comments here in this regard and not just from the savassi store. It seems that bad service in all baby stores is customary, which is unfortunate. I think when salespeople go to interview, they do a test. If you answer badly, you are hired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim! Entrei na loja com minha filha de 1 ano e 3 meses no colo, e a minha mãe idosa a procura de calçados p/ minha filha que está começando a andar. Parecia que éramos invisíveis, nem um “bom dia” ganhamos. Após procurarmos por conta própria a parte de calçados, estávamos analisando as opções e chega uma das vendedoras com o telefone sem fio procurando um calçado específico p/ outro cliente, nem um “oi” nos deu, dando total prioridade ao atendimento por telefone. Detalhe, loja vazia, só a gente e um outro casal olhando os produtos. Ali já vi todo despreparo e falta de empatia desse pessoal. Ainda com minha filha no colo, chamei minha mãe e saímos da loja sem nenhuma das três vendedoras dirigir uma palavra a nós. Quanto amadorismo! Perderam venda, pois compramos 3 calçados em outra loja onde as vendedoras nos trataram com todo carinho, atenção e respeito.
Too bad! I entered the store with my 1 year and 3 month old daughter in my arms, and my elderly mother looking for shoes for my daughter who is starting to walk. It seemed like we were invisible, not even a “good morning” won. After looking for the shoes on our own, we were analyzing the options and one of the sellers arrives with a cordless phone looking for a specific shoe for another customer, not even a "hi" to us, giving total priority to telephone service. Detail, empty store, just us and another couple looking at the products. There, I've seen all the lack of preparation and lack of empathy among these people. Still with my daughter in my arms, I called my mother and we left the store without any of the three saleswomen speaking a word to us. How amateurish! They lost sales because we bought 3 shoes at another store where the sellers treated us with all affection, attention and respect.
