Meu avô estava na tentativa de trocar um kit de cartucho devido a impressora dele ter parado, então, ele foi até a Port da Savassi (na av. Getúlio Vargas) a gerente de la, desde o inicio dizendo que não prometia nada, mas, que iria fazer todas as tentativas possíveis apesar que a regra é: "não trocar cartucho". Ok, vocês acham que ela trocou? Não! Realmente não poderia realizar a troca devido as regras (como ela desde o início nos alertou), porém, a atenção e gentileza que foi dada ao meu avô levou ele então a refletir quais as outras opções... Depois de muita explicação acerca do que ele poderia fazer de forma que ficasse satisfeito e conseguisse voltar a imprimir, ele decidiu junto a gerente que levar outra impressora e mais um kit de cartucho seria realmente uma ótima saída! Atendimento é tudo e fico muito feliz por meu avô (idoso que muitas vezes recebe um atendimento horrível por ter muitas dúvidas e limitações) ter sido tratado da melhor forma possível!!! Obrigada!

My grandfather was trying to change a cartridge kit because his printer stopped, so he went to the Port of Savassi (in Getúlio Vargas), the manager of the company, from the beginning saying that he did not promise anything, which would make every possible attempt despite the rule is: "do not change cartridge". Okay, do you think she changed? Not! I could not really make the exchange because of the rules (as she warned us from the beginning), however, the attention and kindness that was given to my grandfather then led him to reflect on the other options ... After much explanation about what he could do it in a way that would make him happy and able to reprint, he decided with the manager to bring another printer and another cartridge kit would really be a great outlet! Attendance is everything and I am very happy for my grandfather (elderly who often receives a horrible care for having many doubts and limitations) have been treated in the best way possible !!! Thank you!

I'm crazy about stationery and yesterday I found out where I should always go. I had an incredible experience at Port da Getúlio Vargas that Wednesday I was so well attended, with so many product indications and what each one is for, not to mention the service from manager Joana, I am very happy and I will certainly become a loyal customer! They are to be congratulated!
