O que falta é investir no e-commerce, pq fala sério, seria mto mais comodo comprar em casa, ver os produtos e valores antes de ir até a loja. Compro muitos produtos pelas casas Bahia, magazine Luiza, pela internet. Vale super a pena.
Entrega/montagem: precisa URGENTE melhorar. Não tem horário. Eu fiquei presa em casa pra poder receber, e adiei mtos compromissos... Demorou dois dias pra entregar e três pra montar. Foi rápido, mas eu tinha compromisso importante e adiei...
Preço: se quer economizar, não vá lá. É cara mesmo. Mas as condições de parcelamento são muito acessíveis. Se bem que pela internet temos também esse ponto positivo.
Vendedores: tive experiências muito boas com várias vendedoras... Mas tive uma péssima experiência com uma vendedora de celular. Ela me deixou muito a graça na frente de outros colegas dela. Me senti péssima. Falei com a gerente, nao me passou MTA firmeza ao ouvir o caso.
Conclusão: vou continuar comprando nas Lojas Cem. Mas não compro mais na de Cosmópolis. Prefiro ir até Paulínia pra ser b atendida.

What is missing is to invest in e-commerce, because seriously, it would be much more convenient to buy at home, see the products and values before going to the store. I buy many products at Bahia houses, Luiza magazine, over the internet. It's super worth it.
Delivery / assembly: URGENT need to improve. There is no schedule. I was stuck at home to be able to receive, and I postponed many commitments ... It took two days to deliver and three to assemble. It was fast, but I had an important appointment and I postponed ...
Price: if you want to save, don't go there. It's really expensive. But the installment terms are very affordable. Although on the internet we also have this positive point.
Salespeople: I had very good experiences with several salespeople ... But I had a very bad experience with a cellphone saleswoman. She left me a lot of grace in front of her other colleagues. I felt terrible. I spoke to the manager, MTA did not give me firmness when I heard the case.
Conclusion: I will continue to buy at Lojas Cem. But I don't buy more at Cosmópolis. I prefer to go to Paulínia to be attended to.
