★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja marcam o dia pra entregar e só vem dois dias depois a montagem você tem que pagar particular se não você tem que esperar vários dias e ainda tem que pagar a metade fora que você liga pra reclamar sobre a entrega são grossos ainda com o cliente não recomendo
 Bad store they schedule the day for delivery and it only comes two days after the assembly you have to pay privately otherwise you have to wait several days and you still have to pay half the amount you call to complain about the delivery, they are still rough with the customer I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja, atendimento horrível, prometem montador de móveis no ato da compra, depois dizem que não tem e que temos que pagar particular.
Vc compra um móvel a vista e não tem desconto, aí se for parcelar tem acréscimo de juros independente de quantas parcelas seja.
Isso sem contar que o vendedor não te chama pelo nome, é VARÃO, VAROA E VASO ( termo religioso ) para todo mundo.
Não recomendo a Opção Móveis Cosmopolis para ninguém.
Terrible store, horrible service, they promise a furniture assembler when buying, then they say they don't have it and that we have to pay privately.
You buy a piece of furniture in cash and there is no discount, then if it is in installments, there is an increase in interest regardless of how many installments it is.
Not to mention that the seller does not call you by name, it is MAN, VAROA AND VASE (religious term) for everyone.
I don't recommend the Cosmopolis Furniture Option to anyone.
