★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar um celular e a atendente de balcão foi maravilhosa, pra ela 5 estrelas, o problema foi na hora de realizar a solicitação formal na mesa de atendimento, o homem que me atendeu foi muito deselegante, me senti constrangido em ter que responder inúmeras perguntas e ainda ter que ouvir ele falar sobre quem deve pagar a compra, convenhamos que se estou comprando a dívida é minha, ele disse ser o procedimento padrão, mas de acordo com o código de defesa do consumidor que estava ali em sua mesa, existe na relação de cliente e vendedor um limite respeitoso para questionamentos, querer saber se o produto por ser rosa é pra mim chega a ser preconceituoso, tendo em vista que se o produto fosse preto ou branco ele não teria entrado nessa esfera.
Que exista mais profissionalismo neste local, profissionalismo como o da atendente de eletrónico que me deu grande suporte, por ela só gratidão, mas meu dinheiro eu não deixo mais.
I went to buy a cell phone and the counter attendant was wonderful, for her 5 stars, the problem was when making the formal request at the service desk, the man who answered me was very inelegant, I felt embarrassed in having to answer numerous questions and still having to hear him talk about who should pay for the purchase, we agree that if I'm buying the debt is mine, he said it is the standard procedure, but according to the consumer protection code that was there at his desk, it exists in customer and seller relationship a respectful limit for questions, wanting to know if the product is pink for me is prejudiced, considering that if the product was black or white it would not have entered this sphere.
Let there be more professionalism in this place, professionalism like that of the electronic attendant who gave me great support, for her only gratitude, but my money I do not leave anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar para se comprar, prometem uma entrega para tal dia e não cumprem com o combinado. Transportadora péssima, suporte da lojas cem péssimo tbm. Sinceramente não recomendo. Vão passar raiva assim como eu.
Worst place to buy, they promise a delivery for that day and don't fulfill the agreement. Terrible carrier, lousy store support too. I honestly don't recommend it. They will be angry just like me.
