Excellent service. Very correct shop with the customer. It does not charge for the delivery of furniture and it really meets the deadlines, in general, they deliver and assemble even before the deadline....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei na loja para gastar 10 mil em móveis. Havia 3 vendedores na porta e mais um montando um bicicleta. Parei na frente deles. Eles olharam cada pra um lado e um saiu quase que correndo e entrou uma porta de funcionários no fundo da loja. Subi as escadas. Um departamento inteiro sem ninguém pra atender. Voltei, passei por eles de novo. Ninguém olhava na cara. A loja estava vazia em pleno sábado que antecedo o Natal (também..) Atravessei a loja até o setor de móveis, dei uma olhada, não tinha preço em nada, voltei. Perguntei para um dos funcionários: _Tem algum vendedor que possa me atender? Uma pessoa respondeu: Tem, sim! Vaí, lá você (falando para um outro funcionário). Ele respondeu, eu não, vai você. Agradeci, sai da loja e comecei a entender a razão de tantas lojas terem baixado as portas no comércio de Araraquara. Eu sempre comprei tudo pela Internet. Pensei que talvez fosse ajudar o comércio local. Ìsso aconteceu 1812/2021 às 14:30hs. Liguei na loja, o gerente se chama Diogo. Estava almoçando. Liguei às 15:10Hs, estava almoçando. Vou tentar mais uma vez. Só pra avisar que a culpa é dele, não é dos funcionários, que precisam de treinamento. E nunca mais compro nas Lojas Cem. Fiz a compra pela Internet e vou receber sem frete, pela metade do preço numa loja concorrente. Feliz Natal!!!
I went into the store to spend 10,000 on furniture. There were 3 vendors at the door and one more riding a bicycle. I stopped in front of them. They looked each other to one side and one almost ran out and entered an employee door at the back of the store. I went upstairs. An entire department with no one to attend to. I came back, passed them again. Nobody looked in the face. The store was empty on the Saturday before Christmas (also..) I walked across the store to the furniture section, took a look, there was no price at all, I came back. I asked one of the employees: _Is there a salesperson who can serve me? One person replied: There is, yes! There you go (talking to another employee). He replied, I don't, you go. I thanked him, left the store and began to understand the reason why so many stores have dropped their doors in Araraquara's stores. I always bought everything over the Internet. I thought maybe it would help local businesses. This happened 1812/2021 at 2:30 pm. I called the store, the manager is called Diogo. Was lunching. I called at 3:10 pm, I was having lunch. I will try one more time. Just to let you know that it's his fault, it's not the employees, who need training. And I never buy at Cem Stores again. I made the purchase online and will receive it free of charge, at half price at a competitor's store. Merry Christmas!!!
