Estou cancelando um pedido que não entregaram na data prevista e ainda não te mandam uma posição sobre o que está acontecendo, só falam para esperar e acompanhar pelo site que não podem fazer nada.
Worst after-sales that exists in a store.
I'm canceling an order that didn't deliver on the scheduled date and they still don't send you a position on what's happening, they just tell you to wait and follow up on the site that they can't do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra na loja física de Araraquara mais me foi prometido que eu teria uma data certa para entrega do produto pois deixei bem claro que só assim poderia fazer a compra pois o local da entrega não tem morador e por isso precisava saber da data certa para estar no local , entrando em contato com o SAC depois de receber um email sobre a entrega foi me informado que não é possível me estipular uma data correta , infelizmente tiver que cancelar a compra, estou decepcionada .
