Mas quando é para resolver problemas, não estão nem aí se você está dentro do prazo de 7 dias de troca pela loja de acordo com o código de defesa do consumidor, terá que acionar a garantia do fabricante e muitas vezes o processo é demorado na parte de abrir um RMA com o fabricante. Péssimo gerente, péssima experiência na loja. Esse gerente não deveria estar no cargo, precisa melhorar muito na resolução de problemas com o cliente, é a vergonha da profissão achando que todo cliente não irá saber sobre a garantia de 7 dias pela loja.
