★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostava mto dessa loja pois possui bons itens para festa e é de fácil acesso. Porém, há algumas semanas aluguei um cilindro de hélio, que supostamente encheria +-100 bexigas, para enfeitar a festa surpresa da minha tia e não consegui encher nem 50 bexigas e por isso a decoração não ficou como esperávamos :/
Ao devolver o cilindro, pedi um desconto à funcionária da lj e fui informada que o dono entraria em contato comigo. Hoje faz 3 semanas do ocorrido e não obtive retorno nenhum. Sempre que ligo ele não está e simplesmente não retorna os vários pedidos de retorno que fiz.
É MTO DESCASO COM O CLIENTE e por isso NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA LOJA.
 I really liked this store because it has good party items and is easily accessible. However, a few weeks ago I rented a helium cylinder, which was supposed to fill + -100 bladders, to decorate my aunt's surprise party and couldn't even fill 50 bladders, so the decor didn't look as expected: /
Upon returning the cylinder, I asked the lj employee for a discount and was informed that the owner would contact me. Today is 3 weeks ago and I got no return. Whenever I call he is not and simply does not return the various return requests I made.
IT'S VERY CLEAR WITH THE CUSTOMER AND SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médio/bom. Encontrei o que queria (balões decorativos), mas esperava mais variedade. Loja pequena com produtos amontoados. Aspecto sujo e bagunçado. Precisa de uma repaginada. Ao menos parece que tem de tudo para festas. Produtos de nível mais popular e preço razoável.
Average/good. I found what I wanted (decorative balloons), but I expected more variety. Small store with lots of products. Dirty and messy look. Needs a makeover. At least it looks like it has everything for parties. Most popular level products and reasonable price.
