Pelo visto, vi que os gerentes são todos iguais.
Abusados e sem postura nenhuma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefones nao atender,o zap nao responde, na loja nao resolve na taquara jpa,umas das piores lojas que eu ja fiz negocio foi essa competicao,A única coisa que presta e o atendimento na loja.Falei com a gerente ela me garantil que entregaria no prazo mais nao entregaram,fui lá e Cancelei a compra.
The phones don't answer, the zap doesn't answer, the store doesn't solve in taquara jpa, one of the worst stores I've ever done business was this competition, The only thing that works is the service at the store. I spoke to the manager, she assures me that I would deliver on time but they didn't, I went there and canceled the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra vender foram ótimos, até entregaram no prazo, tive w ir lá p cobrar a montagem. Na montagem veio peça errada e depois disso ninguém resolve nada. Vou denunciar no Procon
They were great to sell, they even delivered on time, I had to go there to charge for the assembly. In the assembly came the wrong part and after that nobody solves anything. I'll report it to Procon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom na hora da compra mas o serviço de montagem é muito falho. O armário de cozinha que adquiri não foi montado por completo e até o momento nenhum responsável resolveu o problema. O telefone da loja so dá ocupado.
Good service at the time of purchase but the assembly service is very flawed. The kitchen cabinet I purchased was not completely assembled and so far no manager has solved the problem. The store phone is only busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pós venda, um dos piores que eu já vi na minha vida diga-sa de passagem. Sem falar que o gerente Sr. Edilson é EXTREMAMENTE MAL EDUCADO.
Terrible after-sales service, one of the worst I've ever seen in my life, by the way. Not to mention the manager Mr. Edilson is EXTREMELY RUDE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LAMENTÁVEL !!! NUNCA MAIS !!! Quando se trata na loja pra tirar dinheiro dos clientes, tudo é maravilhoso, até nos serviram um café ! O gerente, cheio de promessas ... mas depois ... a entrega que nunca chega , teve que estar na disposição deles 48 horas pq não tem horário fixo e o montagem estamos esperando até hoje !!!! Vou ter que de contratar um profissional no meu custo pra fazer o trabalho. NUNCA mais eu piso o pé nessa loja !!!
UNFORTUNATE !!! NEVER !!! When it comes to the store to take money from customers, everything is wonderful, they even served us a coffee! The manager, full of promises... but then... the delivery that never arrives, had to be at their disposal 48 hours because there is no fixed schedule and we are waiting for the assembly until today!!!! I'll have to hire a professional at my cost to get the job done. I will NEVER set foot in this store again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 1 cama completa e 1 colchão na loja de Madureira, o atendimento na loja foi excelente, porém eles não cumpriram o prazo de entrega dado na hora na compra.Me deram um prazo de 5 dias úteis mas já faz 1 mês e nada, liguei pra loja mas o telefone parece que está ruim, não completa a ligação, liguei na central e a informação era de que não havia o produto em estoque, que eu preciso aguardar. Como vende um produto com a promessa de entregar em 5 dias úteis se nem no estoque tem ?
I bought 1 full bed and 1 mattress at the Madureira store, the service at the store was excellent, however they did not meet the delivery deadline given at the time of purchase. to the store but the phone seems to be bad, it doesn't complete the call, I called the central and the information was that the product was not in stock, that I need to wait. How do you sell a product with the promise to deliver in 5 business days if you don't even have it in stock ?
